We ended up tying for 3rd in the Roebling Division for 5th overall and then ended being Semi-Finalist in the playoffs. Which meant that we were top 20 Internationally. At MN State we ended up getting the Dunwoody Engineering and Design Award.
We are Team 2531 RoboHawks from Chaska, Minnesota.
Founded in 2008 under the administration of Coach Steve Peterson, our team competes annually in the FIRST Robotics Competition under the affiliation of Chaska High School.
Since then, it has become our goal to spread the the enjoyment of engineering and robotics to our team, our community, and many others.
Today, our team consists of 40 members and 8 mentors. Robotics has finally been recognized as a high school academic activity in Eastern Carver County Schools, so we are finally able to utilize the wonderful computer labs and shop areas at Chaska High School.
We focus on the core values of Excellence, Tradition, and Community. From providing support in starting other local FRC and FTC teams, to spreading the excitement of engineering in STEM through outreach events and workshops.
Our progression and proud accomplishments would not be possible without the support of our mentors, parents, coaches, and sponsors. Thank you!
